As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve, I wanted to let you know what Mountain Madness Tours is doing to support you and your travel plans this summer. With many uncertainties ahead, we’re doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility concerning your booking.

We are now taking bookings for the 2021 /2022 seasons. Our first tour is scheduled to depart on the 9th July.

Given these unique circumstances we’ve enhanced the current cancellation policy to offer peace of mind and flexibility.

1. Your deposit (due upon registering for a tour) is now fully refundable or transferrable to a future tour date if covid ends up disrupting your travel plans.

2. The final payment, usually due 6 weeks before a tour will now move to 4 weeks before your tour date. Just before this date We’ll reach out to you again with an update on whether your tour is likely to go ahead or not.

3. The final payment will be fully refundable if border closures or quarantines prevent you from travelling to Canada / Edmonton and taking part in the tour.

As we’ve learned over the past year, what makes sense today may not make sense tomorrow. Please understand that we reserve the right to change these policies at short notice due to this very fluid and unpredictable situation.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and post an update here if anything significant changes. In the mean time you can book with confidence knowing that we’ve got your back if your travel situation needs to change due to Covid.

Please note for your safety and safety of other guests on the tour we’ll require you to show proof of at least one dose of an approved Covid Vaccination before your tours departure date. We’ll also require you to read, and agree to follow our current Covid procedures (See our current procedure document here) and answer a few brief Covid related questions before getting in the van on the first day of the tour  (see a sample document here).
